- Make your own Spices
- Chickpea and Potato (You will learn how to temper spices to perfect your dish)
- Make your own Chapatti’s (traditional Gujarati flatbread, will test your bread making skills)
- Gujarati Raita or katchumber
- We will cook together and share your dishes out amongst the group you to take home – Maximum class size 3
